Engagement Session at Table Mountain

I returned to Table Mountain last week to finish what I started, and with the knowledge I had from my last visit I knew right where I wanted to place my subjects.

The small spring cutting through the wildflowers was a perfect spot to focus my couple for their engagement shoot. I am super happy with how the shots turned out despite it being slightly more overcast this time around.

A lot of people get worried when the sun isn't shining through on the date of their shoot, but I rather have nice diffused light that doesn't cast harsh shadows on my subjects than direct sunlight any day.

When the sun is shining bright I like to find some nice shade like we did in these shots with a nice green backdrop of grass and trees. It's the little things like this that really make a shoot turn out amazing!
